CANCELLATION POLICY
***15 min past appointment time or more with a no call/text or no-show will result in the remaining balance of the pre booked service to be charged 100% with the card on file, if you have paid a deposit - you will be also forfeiting the deposit. This is NOT transferable or refundable.*** To avoid this fee, please always reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Extenuating circumstances happen.
