Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel your appointments online at least 12 hours before your scheduled appt. time. Cancellation within the 12 hour window will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service. If no card on file the fee will be added to your notes & added to the total service ticket amount at your next appointment. NO Shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Please do not book an appointment you do not plan on making. It us unfair to my business and other guests. I understand extenuating circumstances do happen and for this reason the fee may be waived on a case by case basis. Only at my discretion...please text me personally for this to be a consideration.
